Selling on AmiBay:

If you have a post count of less than 50 and a feedback score of less than ten then you will be expected to provide proof of ownership for items of a value of £50 ( Total sale value inc fees & Postage ) or more. This is to be in the form of a photo of the item with a piece of paper showing the 1:- forum name, 2:- your forum name and 3:- the date the item is listed For Sale.

Keep your threads updated:

You must keep your sales thread up to date. You may update the original post with the status of your items, using phrases such as SOLD to [Member Name]. We also recommend updating your thread with a new post with other pertinent information, such as "Money received" and "Item sent".

You may revise your thread at any time, however, you are required to leave the prices, descriptions and your terms of sale in place once a sale has been completed. This information is a receipt of the transaction between you and your buyer. If you are struggling to keep threads updated, please contact a member of staff to help.

Bumping your thread:

'Bumping' is defined as posting in your For Sale or Wanted thread for the purpose of bringing it to the top of the list of most recent threads. Unless you have made a significant change to your thread you may only bump your post once every two weeks. A significant change, refers to a price change or any other relevant information that will be important to a buyer.

Well for my soon (ish) to be Checkmated a1200 I decided I needed a bit more oomph. I know everyone is going nuts for 68060s but I splashed out an a nice Blizzard 1230 MkIV with fpu and 32mb RAM. That will do for this one. It also means I can run CWB3.9 as I have got bored with 3.1.4.1 being honest. I just have to get a version set up for this machine as my CWB3.9 setup is tailored for my tower with mediator and SCSI kit and all sort of bits and bobs including RTG.
Oh well, another bit of a project before the case arrives.

Cheers Steve but I think I have mostly sorted it

Just noticed that DOPUS wont run as its complaining about needing version 37 of the mathieeesingbas library or something....will need to see whats going on there.

Well some more progress - I was having issues with Dopus and Miami etc but seem to have resolved them. biggest issue was i was softkicking a custom rom where I think i had some specific 060 files in there. Now I have sorted that, updated dopus (must remember to do this on my main amiga as well) and got miami working quickly, so I can access my NAS as well as aminet.

I had one of those boards back in the days and ran it at 60 Mhz. It was quite stable but crashed a few times when running Doom. A small heatsink would maybe had solved that problem.

Now I'm stuck at 40 Mhz with my ACA1233n Good board but I miss the overclock ability.
