1.- Payment by bank transfer the same day. The bank transfer usually take two days.
2.- Order status: "Awaiting Payment".. wednesday (13th), thursday (14th), friday (15th), saturday...
3.- Sunday (17th): Sent a email about where is the money
4.- Monday (18th): Amigakit confirms that it received money. Status order changed to "Pending"
5.- Items in stock ( From I made the order to today, the items are in stock)
    6.-. Tuesday (19th)......until today (27th) What happen?
    7. I sent a email last 24th of June asking why Amigakit no sent my items (are in stock and they have my money)... No response

It is not uncommon that it can take them 2-3 weeks to deliver an order although all the items looks to be in stock. It has usually taken 2 weeks whenever I needed something from them. Perhaps they are short on staff due to holiday/sickness/etc?

They are not like Amazon which will handle orders from day to day. I know it can be hard to wait for something once you've decided to purchase something, but that is often the name of the game in Amiga-land..

    Hello

You pre-ordered an item that was out of stock at the time. We had to wait for the item to come into stock before we processed it. We sent you an email a few days ago confirming this. Please check your Spam box. Thank you.

I understand the items are in stock. Maybe, you have outdated inventory and the inventory is not real?

Yes, clearly shows the items to be IN STOCK. Obviously the inventory register for online purchasing was not up to date. Can and does happen.

It bothers me a lot because I never buy products that are not in stock. Why? Go know when they will be available!!
I think it is not correct "behavior" with buyers.

Hey I agree. If I need an item quickly I won't purchase it if it is not in stock. So if I found out an item I purchased "in stock" turned out to be on back order I would be quite annoyed too. Having said that, I don't think there is any "behavior" here - it is simply a mistake on their part, an annoying mistake for you, yes, but a mistake none the less.

    Hello

I think there is some misunderstanding here

It was out of stock when you ordered it and a message during checkout was displayed to inform you are back ordering an item.

You are showing recent screenshots in this thread of the items when they have arrived back into stock. They indeed came back in stock and your pre-order was sent a few days ago to you.
