10.05.2020 UPDATE:
All units are sold out, please do NOT declare interest!

Hello dear Amigans :grouphug:,
it's me - Viktor again. This time with something for A500, A2000 and CDTV
Offer here some Megachip Upgrade modules designed by Rafał Jankowski (Poland).
These fits nice into CDTV, but also in A500 and into A2000 .
This upgrade expands Your existing ChipRAM with 1MB, this means You can reach the Maximum (2MB) of ChipRAM with it

Please be aware, this upgrade is NOT for newbies and people without soldering skills,
As it needs to remove original PLCC AGNUS socket to be able to install this upgrade!!!

Fully tested - works on both: PAL & NTSC units!

offering module's only (without 2MB Agnus), have also some 8375 Agnus IC's
These expansions was tested with 390544-01 & 318069-10 (PAL) & 390544-02 & 318069-11 (NTSC) Agnus Chips,
other AGNUS chips have different pinout and will not work!

About installation:
It is pretty the same technique Tuxbar81 used for his Megachips:
https://www.amibay.com/showthread.php?92591-Project-of-Megachip-for-Amiga&highlight=megachip
in other words it can be mounted into new goldpin socket or soldered directly on the A500 board if You plan to install accelerator board at some point.
Please do not ask me to redesign it to use PLCC socket - i am not a creator of this expasion - just a person with soldering station!

PROs:
2MB of Chipram (since many WHDLoad games are starting in ChipRam instread of FastRam - these not run on regular A500, now You can run them!)
Cheaper than original Megachip

Contras:
Desoldering of original PLCC Socket
Does NOT support Genlock
Actual 8375 AGNUS IC Price

A20 can be found on Gary (U5) pin 36 or the CPU (U1) pin 48 so you could choose to connect the wire against one of these two pins. It is also connected to one of the pads in JP5 on A500 Rev 6 boards, but this is where the multimeter comes in handy as you can use the continuity test to verify against the known point on U1 which is A20 on all revisions.

This is the schematic of A500 rev 6 and you can search for A20 to find the locations:

1x Set WITHOUT AGNUS : 35€
1x Set WITH 8375 AGNUS included: 80€

Shipping as always:
from 01.01.2020 shipping is 8.50€ tracked and signed anywhere in the world
5.50€ to Germany

Also have some CDTV 8MB RAM - IDE boards:

CDTV SCSI modules also coming soon

thanks for Watching!

Payment received from:
Timtheloon (2x Sets WITHOUT AGNUS IC)
Lord (1x FULL Set)

scrappysphinx (reserved, waiting for mayment)

izi (PM with payment info sent)

5 units left

Payments from users above received,
decided to build all expansions at once (seems faster to me, instread to build these one by one and drive to post office every day). So please be patient, will send these out at weekend.
Thanks to kgthomps, PM was replied.

i realised i forgot to write one important thing:
These expansions was tested with 390544-01 & 318069-10 Agnus Chips (PAL) only!!! other AGNUS chips have different pinout and will not work!
These also should work with 390544-02 & 318069-11 (NTSC versions of the PAL models above ) too, however, have no NTSC units and IC's here, so unable to test!!!
regards,

Viktor
