Hi , i am not quite sure , but may you are looking for something like this .....

I used this item decades ago with two Voodoo 2 boards in a bundle so far as i remember , but it is from 1996 as the label shows

Thank you for kind replay. Well, yes I'm looking for such Revision 2 card, same chip and amount of memory, as well as Texas Instruments DAC, but need to be made in 1995 I'm affraid. This is something personal and build can be called only 1995 parts. If you have additional memory to it then let me know. Thanks again
