Right, I'm closing this thread until the seller contacts either myself or another mod explaining how he accepts payment.
We will also be having a private word with a few of you who submitted interest as we know some rule breaking was going on.
So let me make this crystal clear. We have rules for a reason people!
Making offers, unless the seller has stated otherwise, IS AGAINST THE RULES.
PM'ing the seller when it's not your turn IS AGAINST THE RULES.
PM'ing the seller when it's not your turn and trying to outbid the original asking price so you can queue jump - BYE BYE.
