Will it also fit the ACA500 plus? Is there room for an accelerator attached to the back and the addon boards like RapidRoad and the Ethernet board?

ACA500Plus should fit, accelerator also.
Backplate is designed for custom addons...

It was created 1-to-1 with GVP case.

can the top and bottom parts be separated into 2 parts for printing with small printers?
