You've probably seen this but here it is anyway.
Of course it's a PAL-oriented chip but for OS bootup it's a matter of adding a command to switch to NTSC, and for NDOS stuff (games/demos) booting up in PAL might actually be an advantage.
A rework will be needed, but given you were seeking a Vbb chip, you've probably already reworked the motherboard.
This is a stock A3000 and it is missing the 8573B chip. I would like to run it in a true NTSC, I do have a few of the 8375-10 pal chips already but looking for the stock or equivalent.
