I'm also interested to hear about your setup. Do you use an SD to IDE adapter and then an SD extender cable? How well does the TF work with SD adapters?

It's a 44pin ide to sd card and a sd card extension cable to sd card adapter ,the Ps2 extension is a 18cm 6pin s vhs cable male to female off eBay.
Its made from plasticard 1.5mm (I would go for 0.5 or 1mm next time),glued with glue gun,and fine miliput the where needed.
the sd card card adapter works great it by lanmu £4.99 Amazon prime.

The 18cm 6pin s vhs cable male to female was an auction off eBay UK so I can't post a link.it looks like a short ps2 cable.
You could solder you own by buying the male and female sockets and some Ethernet cable.

Thanks for the links. Cool.
Another link I’d love to have is the one offering the talents to do it myself, haha.
Joke aside, did I understand you machined the cutouts with a 3D hobby router? Or did you hand cut on flat pack and then filed after assembly?
Result is much better than 3D print, in my opinion... congratulations.

All cut by hand with a knife a steel ruler and a breadboard,if you score plasticard you can snap it.probbaly best to watch a you tube video on it and get a decent plastic knife.

Thanks for the info. Might try to experiment doing something similar with plasticard myself...
