Closed Amiga 1000 internal floppy disk drive, working

Hello!

I recently acquired an A 1000 but unfortunately its floppy is dead, doesnt read any kickdisks. A spare a500 floppy doesnt fit due to a spirit memory expansion.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
