Default Fantasy world dizzy telephone authorisation system

Can anybody advise me on how to get around the T.A.S on Fantasy World Dizzy, asking me to ring a phone number and input a number, to get a code to play the game, I've not called this 0898 number but I presume its dead, though it was worth a try!!

It's probably easier to find a cracked ADF, or use the WHDLOAD version than try to find this code!
