Default A4000 remains (expansion slider, HD floppy + faceplate, VTFlyer)

I got my A4000 working by the evening. The following parts remain:
    - High Density Floppy with matching faceplate
    - The beige expansion slider
    - A4000/040 badge (preferably the original run)
    - Video Toaster Flyer (preferably cheaper and not better conditioned one)

Blown up the whole Fdd so I am going with double Gotek. Expansion slider remains.
