    Hi All,

With regard to the difference in "shine" of the bare aluminium parts (not the black) I've got feedback from the manufacturer.
They have proposed the following steps:+
    1. Take it as it is
    2. Reprocess the parts, which takes 4 days + two times shipment (back and forth)
    3. Remake the parts, which takes 18 days + shipment

I will contact everyone involved individually to monitor your preference and I will make it democratic, so the majority will decide.

Please find below the overall responses (in total 18 expected, I missed the orders of only the covers):
    1. xxxxx x
    2. xxxxx xx
    3. xxx

    Conclusion:
As remaking the parts cannot "win" anymore, I'm going to negotiate reprocessing the parts (without additional costs of coarse).

The ones who voted "take it as it is" will get their parts right away, the others need some more patience.

Due to the anticipated long custom clearance upon sending item to China, it was decided to go for a full remake of the items.

Expected shipping date April 27th, so around May 1st the items will be on their way to your address.

This is for all who indicated that they wanted to wait for rework of their drive cover (silver) parts.

I have asked if they can do that for all drive cover parts or only the parts that I would have sent back to the manufacturer, but haven't received any answer yet.

    Update:
They are only willing to remake the ones that would have been send back to the manufacturer.

Are there some Pictures how did User @mray did mount his magnets?
