Please find some snapshots of the CNC drawing. The orange parts are machined with a 2mm radius, as that is the lower limit.

The current price (if all 8 will continue to the purchasing part) is € 1422,- per lot, i.e. € 177.75 per bezel (excl. shipping to your address and if applicable paypal fees).

2mm? won't it be 0.2mm? I think letters can't be made with a 4mm diameter milling bit..., but could them be made with a 0.4mm one?

Will there be enough flex in the attaching prongs to allow them to snap in to the front of the case without breaking? The plastic holders are a pretty tight fit as is.

I got an update from the manufacturer, and the lowest radius that they can offer is indeed 0.2mm

With regard to the clips, I'm not sure about the flexibility of them. However, I'm looking into the possibility to adapt the design a little to solid rods with thread, so we can screw the front to the amiga chassis.

Hi all, this is exactly why I created the project - either 3D print it, or get them milled - I'm still not 100% sure of the tolerances for milling, but I'm pleased someone is giving it a try

I do have the design up on shapeways, but the cost was so high I never ordered one to test - I've 3D printed it on a home FDM machine and the fit seems good enough (I designed it so it can be printed in two parts and joined together - fill with superglue etc and spray paint to make whole), I also designed it with magnets in mind on a later revision (The posts pop into a recess, so changing them out for magnetic catches should be simple).

Looking forward to seeing the results!

    Hi Stoobs,

I think this fellow is using your design and sells them 3d printed:

Hmm, I'm not against anyone wanting to produce them commercially, but credit would be nice... (in fact if that's from thingiverse, then he should be giving me attribution as per the license, although my github is MIT, sooo...)

Oh, and in case it wasn't clear, this group buy has my full blessing, in fact I'm tweaking the design so that the magnetic attachment stand half a chance of working!

If there are any issues with the design when sending for CAM I'm more than happy to tweak it
