Pm box is almost full

Guys I need help.. You see my Pm box is almost full and I'm unable to empty it. by clicking in the empty box (PM's are still all there)..
 
Might be a browser issue, have you tried selecting PM's and using the drop down to delete?

Yep Steve I tried that, and I tried IE too but still none will get permanently deleted.. You know empty all the PM's
 
By default the "Empty Folder" works on the selected directory of the PMs, i.e. Inbox, Sent Items

You've emptied your Inbox but not your Sent Items.

Select Sent Items and then Empty Folder to delete ALL items in your Sent Items
