Selling 2 pcs of Motorola MC68060RC50 CPUs with the highly desirable Rev 6 mask (71E41J). These are genuine parts, capable of running possibly up to 90-100 Mhz with proper cooling. Tested in my Warpengine at 80MHz with correct cooling for several hours running demos etc. Please note that even though the CPU is capable achieving higher speeds than this, it very much depends on the hardware setup you are using (stable and strong power supply, cooling, capacitors OK, timings and delay line stable etc..) possibly needs a Blizzard PPC or similar card for the highest speeds. I won't be able to accept returns if it doesn't run in your hardware at higher clocks. In Blizzard 1260 cards it should run stable at 80-90MHz with correct cooling. The CPUs is used with scuff marks, but the pins are in good condition. These are extra CPUs I was saving for some of my projects, but have to let go due to lack of free time.
Frontier Elite simply flies on this at 80Mhz and even at this speed the CPU runs at an amazing 40-45C. At 50Mhz the temperature is even more impressive at 28-32C which is almost room temperature. Compared to this, XC parts running at 55-75C at 50Mhz seem like a furnace!
These are exceedingly difficult to find now and even if so - unlike Ebay parts - this is fully tested and genuine. Considering this, asking 135€ per CPU, plus 17€ shipping anywhere in the world. Payment by PayPal personal payment.
