Count with 6MB/s depends on your settings (sync/async).

Although there were a lot of updates since i made benchmarks so actual firmware could go higher.
Maintainer of the firmware is very supportive.

If you want to get over 10MB/s you should definitely look after ACARD.

Thanks for answer. Next answer is what max speed you can reach with ACARD?

There are many variants of ACARDs.

With ACARD 7730A or ARS-2320 (both will convert SATA to 68pin SCSI) you can get around 33MB/s

What were the result on the A3000D ?
I remember the theorical max on the A3000D would be 5MB/s in synchrone mode, it being only a Fast SCSI I adapter.
It currently reaches 3.5MB/s on my setup, with an actual SCSI hard drive.
... and my SCSI2SD V5 couldn't do more than about 1 MB/s !!!
So what about the V6 ?

Am not sure but my friend test it about half a year ago and If I remember correctly it was about 2,5MB/s.

There is a thread on EAB where the developer is very active and during christmas there were like 3 new version of firmware so there is chance its faster now.
Hardware is definitely capable to max out Fast SCSI I.
