Default Ragnarok 800 MHz PPC cards for Z3 Amigas with 512 Mb RAM in PPC HEAVEN

    P P C H E A V E N

Here is the real Heaven! The king of the Sonnet cards here in great price!

My ambition is to give everyone the power of PPC. I think it will stay and will usable with other future developments (like Vampire)
Multiple users will keep the Amiga alive and the results so far continue to improve, with donate the author of sonnet.library.

What get what you get for 600 euros? Why buy it here?
-You get the fastest PPC card made ever for classic Amigas
-You get the card in full assembled tested condition, ready to use
-I send the card tracked and insured
-If need, I can, help with configuration
-I am planning further improvements for this card type
-Every sold card will donate Dennis Boon, the writer of the great sonnet.library, for $ 10*
-Every sold card will donate Amibay, for $ 1 *

For sale brand new, unused G3 PPC cards Amiga nickname Ragnarok.

    Features:

    • 800 MHz PowerPC 750FX@800MHz processor with 512KB L2 on-die cache
    • min. 915 MIPS and 710 MPLOPS perpormance based on Syspeed measurements, 1600 BogoMIPS
    • 512 Mb SDRAM installed onboard ("only" 384MB available because of Mediator's features), this is enough for all of the PPC games)
    • you can use as very fast RAM in the 68k system too
    • not a beginner card, but not not complicated (in A4000 tower no warmup time, not sensitive PCI slot-sequence)
    • upgradeable via software (for own risk!)
    • temperature measure via software
    • need a PCI carrier card for use (like Abaco Ramix PMC239/F carrier PCI)
    • supports both 3.3V and 5V Mediator**
    • it is the best available Sonnet card in performance
    • brand new, unused (only 1 hour test, before sending)

I can send video in PM.

You need only an Amiga3000 or 4000, a Mediator PCI board, a PCI carrier card and sonnet library to use a real fast PPC processor on classic amigas

    * Will transfer money for every 10th card sold UPDATE! First donate went to Dennis and Amibay too.
** I can't test it, but Abaco Ramix PMC239/F must do it in theory UPDATE! It works based on feedback.
*** Sorry for Amiga 1200 + Mediator users, there isn't too much experience, it is very complicated because of the Z2 limit, do not recommend, only for pros!

    Price:
€600+ PP (or send as gift/friend) + shipping without carrier card
€675+ PP (or send as gift/friend) + shipping with Abaco Ramix PMC239/F carrier PCI card (used, but tested, fan can be a bit noisy, back metal fixing can missing)

It is too strong for you? Please check my other cards:

Hi k0x, not, this is the "cheaper" version, unfortunately we could not take advantage of it in Sonnet Amiga.

These are the 4371 type. You can add it to the list of working sonnet cards.

I bought the card. And on Friday she has already arrived in Germany.
    That was really quick.
    Many thanks to Sax.
The Card works fine and very fast.
I change from the Rapture G4 450mhz 256MB to the Ragnarok.
The most important thing for me was to have more memory.
