    UPDATE: After analyzing the monitor, the defective part is the deflection control which is right on the cathode ray tube! where can i find spare parts?

    Ah, the coil itself is burnt. It extremely unlikely that you'll find a replacement for this unfortunately.

    Maybe someone has a monitor with a broken picture tube ( Front Glass )
