I'm getting some weird issues on my a3000 and part of this involved measuring the 5V lines on the power connector. I'm getting 4.8V with 320mV ripple so I think it's time to replace the capacitors in the PSU.

Does anyone have a list of caps for this, or do I need to open it up and have a look to see what I need to order?

Also, is it worth replacing the caps on the main and daughterboards while I'm at it?

Thanks fook42.

The battery was removed years ago and it looks pretty clean. I've put a coin holder + diode there and it holds the time quite nicely.

I'm more concerned about old capacitors in the PSU that are causing the low voltage and the large ripple.

The site you linked is very informative, but doesn't list the A3000d PSU, only the tower version which looks to have a different part number.
