Is it SCSI, or is it Parallel?

It looks to be Parallel only.

    Hi Joe,

I have looked into this drive, and it appears that parallel port versions of IOMega products will not work on the Amiga.

Do you have software so this can be used on Amiga, or do you have a way of getting this to work? Otherwise, this item is for PC only.

    Thank you Joe.

    Hi Matt,

I was looking for some information on web but I did not find relevant information.

    I found this topic: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!to...re/GnrltAZPxo4

And last message from this topic is below:

At this point, the parallel version is PC only, there are no drivers

to allow it to be used on the Amiga (or any other non-PC machine with a
parallel port). Whether it COULD be used on an Amiga is unclear, there's
been talk of writing a driver while others have said that it would be
impossible because of the way the Amiga's parallel port is driven. The
parallel version is also slower than the SCSI version, even on the PCs.

I think you are right but I really i do not know. I think I will be closing this thread here.

    Regards,

    Joe
