Update: Sold outside amibay!
For sale this AZZA PT-5VMX Rev:1.2 ATX Super Socket 7 Motherboard. Also inlcuded an AMD K6-2/450AFX CPU and a Cooler. Tested by booting into the bios. No futher testing, I presume it is working ok. Let me know if you need more info. Here are some photos:
