phase5 Cyberstorm 040 + SCSI board
Specification:
• 68040 @ 40 MHz (never changed CPU, never overclocked) with silent active fan
• full 128 MB RAM
• Fast SCSI 2 board (FAS216 controller IC, 7 MB/s asynchronous, 10 MB/s synchronous, 50 pin internal header, MiniDB50 external connector, active bus termination)
• supported also by Linux and NetBSD
History:
• I am not first owner, but accelerator was running more then 10 years in A4000 with SCSI disks and SCSI2SDv6. Never had a single problem, it is rock stable card.
Package:
• Cyberstorm 040, CPU module, memory module, SCSI module, SCSI enclosure, original paper isolation (between memory module and daughterboard).
• No box, no install disk
