Hi all,
I am having problems with a Pi drive that I bought. Following testing it has been established that it is my Amiga that is the issue. It seems to come down to power imo.
Some time ago my original PSU went so I replaced it with an ATX that I modded to work. I am thinking perhaps that is where the issue lies. I have measured the lines coming into the device and they measure 12v and 5v where they should which I would expect as a normal Amiga drive will work. I have attached pics of the board. It works fine in an A1200 that the person I got it from has. I even shipped the board and Pi to him and he tested before returning.
Does anyone have any pointers on what to look for?
The board is based on the one in the following blog...
