Hello All,
I am looking for a disk or files that were written for the ACDA Amiga GPIB card.
This board was sold with an included set of C source code example files and I am trying to find those....
If you have the disk - great - if you have the files but no disk - great....
I am just looking for a starting point on how to program this board.

If you have anymore info related to this zorro-II card, it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, that would be a tough one! I don't know what you intend to do using this card, but i did a little bit of Googlin' around. There's an ACDA advert in a 1989 magazine, which i attached in my post for you to see. According to that, the card was escorted by Amiga FFT ( a pack of Fast Fourier Transform routines), and AmigaView, a C language interface. And that's why i'm asking what you intend to do. You can find files for FFT even on Aminet, but my guess is that it would be useless for your card. FFT routines are used among audiophiles for gaining and processing digital audio signals, which i highly doubt the GPIB was designed for.
I can not trace AmigaView anywhere; i hope you find it. You can have some interesting reading about FFT and see listings in the Amazing Computing October 1988 issue which you can view here: https://ia802806.us.archive.org/6/i...8-10/Amazing_Computing_Vol_03_10_1988_Oct.pdf
Good luck on your quest man!

EDIT: Just found some more interesting reading with examples of ACDAs' AmigaView: ftp://ftp.infania.net/Documentation...World_Tech_Journal_Vol_01_03_1991_Aug_Sep.pdf

I really appreciate the information, I was able to find a file using a search for amigaview.h (not sure if it will help me yet).
I know this is a long shot, but somebody has to have one, right? I may try dis-assembling the on board info, but even with than, may not help.

Thanks again... if anyone has input, please come forward :)

Yes, you're right. Someone must've had it, but who knows where.. Try asking in other Amiga-related forums too, you never know. Keep in mind that the Amigaview software was renamed to Ameegaview since version 2. By the way, maybe you could take advantage of other GPIB board makers' software?
For example, ASDG's Twin-X board comes with a disk containing a library named ASDG-GPIB.library in the libs folder. Although, it might not work, as they used a TI chip on their card, whereas ACDA uses a NEC. You've got nothing to lose of course, check it out : http://amiga.resource.cx/exp/twinx
