Hello folks!

Im having some issues with my setup.
The system consists of:
A3000 16Mb ZIP RAM
GVP Trex 040 + 32Mb RAM
X-Surf-100 + RapidRoad for X-Surf-100
Indivision ECS
Picasso IV
ROM 3.1.4
Updated Workbench to 3.1.4.1
MUI3.8
mulibs latest Aminet version available

I’ve done the clean OS install and then the update, went for the installing and setup of all hardware.

Installed Poseidon 4.5 (from iComp)
Installed Rapidroad 1.7 devices (from iComp)

All went well except when trying to use Trident to setup the USB. It fails to load and shows up a recoverable alert popup.

Contacted Jens from IComp and he stated that i should try contacting Hyperion to try to understand whats happening, as he sayed that all drivers should work upto OS 3.1.

(I’m still waiting to get access to Hyperion Forum)
(If they reply to me, i’ll update this post)

Has anyone here run into this same issue? Trident not running?

Please help me!!!

Hi,

also check the Picasso IV Versions with P4Info, the latest PCI Bridge Firmware V4 bypass some Buster issues which pop up if other ZIII Cards are in use.

Hi guys,

All sorted.
Had to revert to old 40.68 ROMS, clean 3.1 system install and then update to 3.1.4.1 then installed ROMS 3.1.4.

All is working

Thanks

Pedro
