Closed Broken external disk drive so I can put my Gotek in it

As title looking for an external disk drive broken or just the case / pcb so I can put my Gotek in it

Have you ever considered using your Gotek bare, i.e. without any external casing?
I like mine better that way, especially with the round cable from a.mi.goun. My Gotek is black and it came with Amiga stickers on the front and on top. All I have added is a Gotek sized 4mm aluminium baseplate and 4 rubber feet, to give it some more weight.

When I got the round cable, I was surprised that no extra hardware was needed. After all, I've never seen an external Amiga drive without at least an extra PCB with a couple of ICs of some sort. Apparently the Gotek doesn't need any.

A few TTL are only whats needed ( look eg in this project https://github.com/RetroNynjah/Amiga-External-Floppy-Adapter, and these days they make them small enough, a.mi.goun can include them inside the connector or cable somehow.

That's what I thought too, so I opened up the 23-pin connector cover and there was nothing inside
