Hey everyone,
I'm trying to find a conductive material to repair an SX-64 keyboard membrane. For those of you who have not seen an SX-64 keyboard membrane, it's basically a large rubber membrane that connects to the control board via a row of contacts on both the rubber membrane and the board itself.
The problem I'm having is that the row of connectors is not getting a good connection. If I put pressure on that row then the keyboard works perfectly. I've already tried cleaning all the contacts but the problem persists. If there is some sort of material that I could use to re-coat the contacts on the membrane then I think the problem would be solved. Is there anything like that available?
Thanks guys!
Heather
