Hey everyone,

I found a product in my collection produced by ICD, Inc and I cannot tell what it is. I looked on their web site at their Amiga products, but it's not listed there. Anyone have an idea what this might be?

ICD, Inc mad devices, such as the AdRAM and AdIDE2.

Thanks!

Heather

That's it! Wow! Thanks! :D

I should have went to the Amiga Hardware Database. Just wasn't thinking.

I really have no use for this, but it's an interesting piece of kit nonetheless. I guess it could be used if you wanted to remove the floppy drive from a system then mount a CF slot where the internal floppy drive is. That way you wouldn't have to cut any new holes. :D Or perhaps an internally mounted HD in an A500.

There was an A500 HD interface that did something along those lines. I think the controller sat betwixt the motherboard and the CPU, and you mounted the disk in the floppy bay. They also supplied one of those wee beasties so you could use an external floppy drive as DF0. Neat solution to the problem, I think :)
