Closed Dangerous Dave in the Haunted Mansion

Hello, I am trying to find complete box of game called Dangerous Dave in the Haunted Mansion (I am not sure if game came out in box but there were manual I am sure)
Game also renamed to Rooms of Doom later and came out in box.
I am more interested in original package rather than Rooms of Doom one, but ROD would be fine aswell

I could be wrong, but I don't think it got a box release - it was one of iD's titles done for Softdisk back in the day, so I expect you might find it on a pack-in disk with a magazine.

yeah original Dave came out prolly only as 1,44 diskete + manual but afaik Rooms of Doom had box
