Closed Controller card for 1050 Happy upgrade

Hi guys. Does anyone have or anyone know where I can get hold of the controller card and switches for the front panel of the 1050 drive to control the Happy upgrade?

Scroll down the page to get to the Happy upgrade.
Not sure if they sell just parts though.

yeah thats where I bought the Happy upgrade from but there is an add-on controller card (although not sure if its still available).
