4116 DRAM 16Kx1bit memory chips in lots of 8

Hi

I have here some NOS MOSTEK 4116-N3 DRAM memory chips as used in many 8 bit micros (PET, APPLE-II, Spectrum 48, Dragon, etc) and I'm offering them in lots of 8 chips for £7.95 per lot plus p&p and PayPal fees.

Please note, they're untested at the moment, but look like they have never been used (the legs are not bent inwards as you would if fitting to sockets), and are stored in the correct anti static tubing.

Please PM me if you are interested. There are over 20 sets so I think there's enough to go round!
