I thought these might be pcmcia but the connector on the end is different.

one is compaq compatible 16mb for lte 4/25 laptop

the other is toshiba 3.3v 4mb

£2 + postage gets you both.

I'm pretty sure they are JEDIA cards but I need to see the connector to be sure. For those who don't know JEIDA cards were used (among other things) as memory cards for the Neo Geo MVS/AES consoles, but I would need to see these to know if they could be used as such, since obviously they must be non-volatile to be used in such a roll.
 
Some earlier Toshiba notebooks used a proprietary card which was really resemblant a PCMCIA, but the connector was staggered.

Looks like this one.
