I'm looking for the English version of Workbench 1.3.x disk set ( Mint/NOS only! )

So you are looking for an original boxed set of 1.3 disks ? Gonna be tough probably, most of them came with the systems I suspect.
 
I have a set that ever since I've had them, 10 years maybe the are unused and stored in plastic pouches. Probably as close to NOS as you're going to get...
 
Hi, they're in perfect condition but when I took them out to photo they're 1.2 sorry!

I don't know why you ask for NOS Disks and then ask if they're working? By definition NOS is never used so therefore untested.

I don't really want to put these mint condition Disks into a drive, sorry. I always work from backups.
 
I have a set stored on a DVD as .DMS (Disk Masher System) format PLUS the same DVD has DMS in .LHA format if this helps. I could send them via email

PS the disk also has DMS copies of WB 2.1; 2.04; 3.0; & 3.1
