Hey magnetic - no one over here has any idea about us dollars, we dont use them. If you google "currency conversion" one of the first hits will be XE which is a website that converts all major currencies (including US) to any other currency. Dead easy to use and VERY helpful when dealing with overseas sellers.

    Hope this info helps.

I'm sorry but its perfectly acceptable to ask the SELLER what the total is in currency the BUYER understands. As if the seller cant do the conversion.. cmon d00d .

magnetic, the exchange between currencies is a bit unstable at the moment, hence it can go up/down a few percent. Must suck for expensive items.
I only list stuff in english pounds as I just spend it and so it saves double conversion.

Here is a conversion on XE for what you wanted with the postage costs.
    http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert.cgi?Am...rom=AUD&To=USD

That link will be accurate for the day you view it. If your going to buy stuff from overseas learn how to use that site

This isnt actually the best advice as XE and Paypal do not have the same currency conversion rates. The best way to work out the price in USD is to add the items to your basket from the Amigamaniac website, checkout and proceed to log in to Paypal. It will show you the amount in your local currency and the exchange rate it is using.

    Howdy sir,

I have to agree with Wasagi, the best way is to add it to your cart from my website (http://www.amigamaniac.com/CPUs_FPUs.html) and then checkout to find the price in USD. Currencies do fluctuate constantly, but generally not my much.

The total in AUD would be AUD$34.60 shipped to the U.S. by regular air mail. According to XE.com, that's about USD$34.14. The AUD and USD are nearly at parity. However, as Wasagi said, PayPal use their own exchange rate which always seems to add a few cents to what anyone else says, such as Xe.com (I guess they like to squeeze us as much as they can).

Sorry for my late reply, I don't go onto the forums as often as I should

Erm, why would the seller "want" to convert to obscure currencies when he/she has already stated the price in his/her native currency?!

    Lol, I mean, c'mon dude.

Now, just for fun Im going to email Vesalia and ask them to convert all their prices to AUD for my convenience.

Erm, Vesalia have a built-in currency conversion... Just select your currency on the rightmost upper part of the screen.

Lol, yes I know that (purchased my Pegasos II from Vesalia) - I was taking the p|ss. Perhaps I should have used a different example? Too late, missed opportunity. Oh well, there is always next time....
