This might be a long shot chance, but would somebody here have one of those crt monitor's who have hsynch for sale?
those models that can do up to 1080 like the Nokia 446 PRO 19 for example.

This is a bit vague but I think I might still have an old 21" Nokia which I never tried on the miggy but was always under the impression that it should work (I think it said multisync somewhere). I don't have it at home and I'm not really sure it hasn't been thrown in the bin as it was pretty huge (it might even be 23" but I last used it ten years ago so it's all a bit vague) but I can check if it's still at my late dad's place where I should go get some papers soon anyway.

I know its quiet a bit of a chance to take on asking for such a kind of crt, but if you ever find it, then test the monitor for safety.
is it a europe model your monitor is?

My siblings were quite certain the monitor is still there so I think I could pop by on wednesday when there's a bank holiday and see if still turns on and doesn't burn up or do anything nasty. I can't see how it wouldn't be an european model but I'll look up it's model while there to figure out it specs.

I think the power cord is a standard detachable one so and it's a PC VGA display so I don't know if there have been any region specific needs for that monitor. It's a Finnish brand display in Finland so it would make sense that if it would have any region specific features they would be European. I'll look the model number up then I can be more specific about it.
