Question, does that pcb have to plug into the existing video out in order to Scandouble?

Shipping to US would not be a problem and due to weight and size would only cost £10

There are 2 ways to install this Scandoubler, it's dependant on how you wish to pickup the H and V Sync signals.
You can use the included adapter which uses the 23 pin connector on the Amiga to obtain the signals, OR
You can pickup the signals internally from the rear of the 23 pin socket and then wire up a standard VGA connector which you could mount the blanking plate below the floppy drive.

:)

My apologies, Genuine Mistake, it is indeed a DCE ScanMagic / Flicker Fixer.

The version listed above is a Flicker Fixer as the Frame RAM's fitted to the board are clearly visible.

What can I say, same performance as the Scandy, much smaller PCB Footprint and there is one actually available here for sale

:)

Interest withdrawn. Need model with Alice adapter.
