Sold CDTV - How to connect the CDTV manual (German, Free)

This came with the CDTV, I sold my CDTV a few years ago but found this "manual" now, it's only a few pages, A4 size, in German. Giving this away to anybody who is interested, "buyer" pays postage (2-3 euros I guess).
