Hello,
I just want to share something with other Amiga enthusiasts; I'm working on a 3D printable Gotek addon for the Amiga CDTV.
Several experimental units have been printed and now the front and base line up nicely.
Here are some pictures with the results so far:
All the needed files for experimenting with this have been shared on Thingiverse.
Amiga CDTV: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2333370
Amiga 500: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2098110
Amiga 600: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2000074
Amiga 1200: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2102839
If anyone is looking for a replacement front cover for the Amiga CDTV this can be found here:

Now that the fitment looks good I will start focussing on the electrical part.
The idea is to have no looping cable from the outside to the internal Gotek drive, all cables should run internally.
Most of the signals can be used by soldering wires directly to the motherboard near the external diskdrive port.
Note: the select lines need to be changed on the external port because it starts at sel0 which actually should be sel1.
Also the sel3 signal needs to be taken from U10 CIA 8520 and forwarded to the external diskdrive port.
And the MTR0 signal (U15) should be used as signal for the internal drive.
When this has been setup I need to experiment with the different CDTV extended ROM versions to see if the drive will be detected correctly. (Maybe even use A570 ROMs)
That's all for now
