To sell this with a pre-installed CF you need to include the original media as per AmiBay's rules.

3.1, 4GB CF card with System, WHDLoad, ... ready to play

No problem, can add the disks, if buyer don't have own originals.
But, the most people here have them available in their own collection. ;)
This rule on an Amiga collectors forum is obsolete. An other thing it would be on an universal board, but you will search such rules without success there.

How do you know most people have them ??
Its also the whdload games many of those still fall under copyright and licensing

and as for the rules being obsolete. Go ask the current licence holders of the kickstart roms, amiga os and software houses if they agree with you

Selling on AmiBayYou can only sell what you legally own:
You may only sell what you own, or have been authorised to sell. In regards to software and firmware devices - unauthorised copies are not permitted to be sold on AmiBay. In particular, there is no legal definition of the term 'abandonware'.

Hi

I have original floppy disks (Amiga OS 3.1) at home ... then... not problem for me if the seller clean/delete/format the card...and I think if the card is empty the problem is solved/fixit... thanks

That's what I mean. Af far as everyone hers should have one set of WB disks in the collection... and so I see that obsolete and also for the licence owners isn't here any to think or to do. ;)

Reserved for Harkonnen75 and he has org. WB diskettes. ;)

But, doesn't matter, was only an suggestion from me for moderner rules.

That is the perfect solution in this case.

We have to abide by the current UK copyright laws and that is what the rules of AmiBay state.
