This is referred to as the Microgramma keyboard. It is the second generation of keyboards used on the VIC-20 and it doesn't exist on the C64. Quite rare in fact.
I suggest you post your request on the VIC-20 Denial forum. More chances to find there.
There are 3 generations of keyboards on the VIC-20, the first one is called the PET style keyboard and has a very distinct metallic sound when typing with it. The 3rd one is mechanically identical to the one used on the C64 with the function keys the same light beige as previous generations.
