I want to sell almost all my RAM modules:

IMG_0228.jpgIMG_0229.jpg

SIMM:

63 x SIMM 72pin, capacity 4-16MB. 60 and 70ns,
19 x SIMM 30pins
3 x Apple 64pins
few others

Total around 87 modules

I checked only part of these modules and all where working fine.
Due to memory organization for some module Amiga can use only half capacity,
PC will use all capacity.

80euro for all.

Please ping me for shipping cost. This parcel will be heavy :)

I´m looking for 8 x 1 MB SIMM 30 pin 60 ns (nibble-mode) for my GVP 3001 Series I Daughterboard RAM8.
Thanks.

Can you please make high-resolution images of the nibble mode 1MB 30Pin SIMM memory for the GVP 3001. Where to read the chip type. I need that for my GVP.

Thank you for the picture. Unfortunately, it is standard 30 pin DRAM Simm Fast Page mode 8Bit.
What I'm looking for is ICG007N chips. These are special nibble-mode memory modules which can work in pairs with 4 pieces with 32 bit.

Nibble-mode memory directly supports 68030 CPU burst mode, which sends 4 bits instead of one per memory access, thereby populating the cache more efficiently for sequential instruction and data accesses. you needed 4 modules as each 30-pin SIMM was 8-bits wide.
