I'm looking for a 060 rev 6 CPU for my TF1260.

Location: Canada.

Just to clarify from your thread title: the 68LC060 doesn't have an FPU, but it does have an MMU. The 68EC060 has neither MMU or FPU.

Some 68LC060 have FPU. Sometimes Motorolla was too lazy to build a 68LC060 without FPU. For example you could find a LC with a maskset 01F43G.

Maskset 01D11W = ????m => rev0
Maskset 01F43G = 0.60?m => rev1
Maskset 02G59Y = 0.60?m => rev3 (LC/EC only)
Maskset 01G65V = 0.60?m => rev5
Maskset 71E41J = 0.32?m => rev6

True but its a little bit safer to go for the correctly marked ones :LOL:

LC/EC are usually rev 4's I don't believe any Rev 2 or 3's were ever released to the public

You can also buy any 060 rev6 marked cpu from china and get an LC - almost a certainty :)

If you decide to use the software FPP libraries instead, I have a couple of 060's tested to work at 75 MHz on the TF1260.

I have 2 of them that works fine at 75MHZ. I tried FPP libraries and it never worked for me. It's supposed to be very slow anyway... I want the full rev 6 now.
