Hi matey, declaring interest in A1200 1D.4 motherboard repair - was working until shortly after adding a connector for a clockport expander to the rear of the board; now no sync or occasional red screen. Would also like the IDE connector replaced also as it doesn't always detect a connected drive, and the on-board 68EC020 removed as it's just generating heat without reason. In addition, Could I have an FZ-357A recapped? I wouldn't be disassembling the drive though, as I don't want to knock it out of alignment. Thanks!

Edit: I fixed the board; decided to reflow the pins that I'd soldered to, and that seems to have been the issue. Reflowed the IDE pins too just to be sure; but no point sending it off just to remove the processor

Are you able to recap my FZ-357A for me? I think it's a single cap, but they're apparently prone to leaking - would hate for it to die on me! Wouldn't mind the LED being removed from it too
