From the photos, I see that it has the HIP6004ACB VRM controller, so it does not support Coppermine voltages, unless it’s replaced with either a HIP6004BCB or a HIP6004CB.

Maybe you know this, maybe you don't, but you could also keep an eye out for the AMD K6-III+ 400 MHz 1.6V (400ATZ) model. I for one haven't encountered a single one that couldn't do 600 MHz @ 2.1V.
