The new hardware was a bust However my programming partner manager to get the Arduitape working with .cas files for the MSX. The latest update in the blog can be found here.
Any Arduino programmers who can help with the text scrolling and any performance improvements are greatly appreciated.
A new Hardware update is coming soon which will make the build less complicated and also mean that the .wav samples can be of higher quality. It will also mean an software rewrite and could hopefully mean that there is no reason to convert files beforehand.
Is there a wiki on how to record from datasette? I have a boxed 1.5 using the latest version of the software. I've checked that the tapes load on my C64. I set the invert to 1. Start the record and when the tape stops I press the stop/abort button on the Tapuino but none of the Taps work when I...
At the moment no-one else has built any and I don't have a Spectrum to test one on so we don't know what the right settings would be for the wavs. We're trying to add LFN support as well but it's not as easy as we thought it would be.
All in all everything is a little stalled.
I have made a Tapuino inspired project for other 8-bit computers that use cassette recorders with REM support. Just need to improve the Arduino software with LFN support and hopefully add the file to .wav conversion to the project as well.

Not as far as I know other than finally fitting everything in. I'll have a look at my soldering.
EDIT: As per usual it was my soldering. Lol.
Thanks for giving me a clue where to look.
Sorry if this has been answered before but I'm having an issue with my Tapuino. Games that used to work are getting stuck on 0% m and not moving any further so are any new games that I try. Sense seems to be working as the screen turns blue when I press play and I know it's not an issue with the...
