Hey, would you mind sharing where did you find it?

I am looking for an original (not 3D print) floppy disk lever (that plastic knob used to open and close the disk drive) in any good condition (no yellowing to medium yellow) from 1571 or C128D (I think they are the same).

Is that 12ohm better or worse for the drive than just a wire jumper? And is that value calculated somehow or just a resistor you had at hand?

I am after either a working drive head for 1541-II Newtronics/Mitsumi or an Alps drive mechanism (could also be a full 1541-II drive in an awful external condition as long as it has a swappable working parts inside). Just got Chinon drive for swap, but still interested in the Mitsumi head...

Hey guys first post and already asking for help :) tl;dr My freshly recapped PSU for C128DCR gives me +12V, +6.8V, 11VAC. After testing it under load (4.7ohm for 6V, 13.6ohm for 12V and 24ohm for 9VAC) the 6.8V drops to 4.95V and stays that way, 12V drops 11.00 and 11VAC stays at 11. Question...
