You're assuming right, the pins are not cut, just solder both flyleads to pin 35-36 (A19-A20) of Gary socket. Here you have the pinout of Gary chip (post #16): http://eab.abime.net/showthread.php?t=77870 Be sure to align the notch of the socket (and Gary chip) the same way as marked on mobo.

It seems to be an old revision (or clone) of the DCE version: http://bboah.com/cgi-bin/showhardware_en.cgi?HARDID=985 In that case, both flyleads go to Gary socket as shown in pics.
