Can this be used in a 4000T?

Hi all - looking for someone selling a complete working CyberstormPPC 060/233 set that I could plug into my 4000T. Located in Toronto.

Are these for the A1200/A4000 mouse, or only the tank mouse?

Question - I have an A4000T, but I don't think this would work as RAM is still needed on the card, is that correct?

Can any of these cards be used as a sound sampler (like the DSS8 or DSS8+)?

Looking to buy a fully functioning 4000 / 4000T mouse, not too yellowed and fully functional. Alternatively, if anyone has the laser upgrade for this mouse (as found on amigastore.eu) then I would be interested in that as well.

I have a Cybervision 64 4meg card for my 4000 - how much faster is this card to the Cybervision (out of curiosity?)
