I'm looking for a SCSI kit for my newly purchased Blizzard 1230/IV. Memory included is a bonus, but not a requirement. As long as the card come with the SCSI cables and drivers etc I am happy as I can source the SIMMS for it myself. Open to all reasonable offers. Cheers Colin

Cheers for the info there guys, looks like I will need to do a little bit of work and prep some bits if I want to fit an Indi in there as well.

Just a quick question for you guys. I have just got myself a FastATA 1200 MkI from Fitzsteve on here, and now I'm just curious if I can also fit an Indivision Mk2 CR into my 1200 with the FastATA fitted? Hopefully someone might know the answer to this for me :unsure: Cheers Colin

I didn't think that too. But it does seem odd, unless the rom's I have a knackered.... Either way I'm gonna end up using this as a test bed for other mods and such now once I get my 2nd 1200 :D

It is indeed odd that mine plays up with either physical or maprom 3.1, but runs fine under 3.0. At least I'll have my near mint AT version soon, that hasn't even been opened, so the 1st thing I'll do will be to open it up and take a look and see what rev the board is in it :P

I will get hold of Amigakit this week and speak to them. However it may not be the rom's that are at fault. I managed to get hold of a dump of genuine 3.1 roms that I had stored on an old backup drive of mine from my Amiga days of past. I copied this over to the 1200 and tried to use this...

It is an odd one. I did try booting with only the 3.1 roms and no expansion, and again got nothing but a red screen. It is starting to lead me to believe they may be bad rom chips, but also I had problems with it not booting with the ACA, 3.0 roms and maprom for a 3.1 rom. Doing this it still...
