I second that, let's keep it open 'till all the pre-order have been shipped, at least.

Kipper2K has something useful: http://kipper2k.com/a500extra.html and I'm sure I've seen in some photos of his setup that he built a converter from HDMI male (which plugs into the Vampire) to pin header.

Neither is mine, but I suspect that Majsta still hasn't looked at 120 EUR list, probably he's waiting to to finish the 90 EUR one first.

Even the Furia had its share of problems / delays: I pre-ordered one from an online reseller, my pre-order was cancelled and no further estimation date for availability was offered at that time. By the way, it's still not available from that reseller.

That's great, let's hope there will be some tool to replace the pre-flashed kickstart with whatever kickstart we want / need.

That's the real question, the very same I've asked before, but it remained unanswered (I think it's something still in development): - will we be able to re-flash our Vampires with kickstarts different from the 3.1? - will it be a requirement to have the same physical kickstart rom?

@kipper2k, @majsta: Will it be possible to change the kickstart later on? That is, will we be able to do that by ourselves?
